What is Adventure?

Flow refers to a state of optimal experience whereT individuals are fully immersed and deeply engaged in an activity. Introduced by psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, flow is characterised by a complete absorption in the present moment, a loss of self-consciousness, and a sense of effortless concentration. During flow, individuals experience a heightened sense of focus, enjoyment, and intrinsic satisfaction.
